What MyVocalStudio costs: the Solo, Encore and Ensemble plans, the free trial, texts and referrals.
Text messages come with the Encore and Ensemble plans. On the Solo plan none are sent, and a payment link asked for by text goes by email instead. Each paid teacher adds to a monthly text allowance shared across the studio, with a daily cap; email and the app keep sending once a cap is hit.
Every studio has its own link, under Settings → Plan & usage → Refer a studio (or Settings → Refer a studio in the app). When a studio that signed up with it has taught 5 lessons, you each get a $20 credit. If you’re on the Encore or Ensemble plan, it goes straight onto your bill; on Solo it waits until you upgrade. Credit stacks up to $200.
On a phone: In the app, open Settings → Refer a studio (the mobile site is the same: the gear → Refer a studio) and tap Share your link to send it by text, email or social media. The same screen shows how close each studio you referred is to your credit.
Every studio gets a 30-day free trial of everything, no card required. After that there are three plans: Solo (one teacher, the basics, for good), Encore ($10 a month: text reminders, outreach email, multiple events at once and the AI assistant) and Ensemble (Encore for every teacher, $6 a month for each one after the first, never more than $39 a month). Upgrade at Settings → Plan & usage.
Open Settings → Plan & usage and look under This month. It shows the texts and assistant messages used against your plan and who used them, and it resets on the first of the month.
