Invite your first teacher
They get their own login for their lessons, students, availability and earnings. Your own lessons and students stay exactly as they were.
Decide what they see
Give them the Teacher role, or build one that fits. They run their own week without seeing the studio’s revenue or anyone else’s pay.
Set how they are paid
A percentage split, a flat rate per lesson or hourly. Every lesson they teach adds to what they are owed.
Send students their way
Each teacher gets a booking page and a link that books only them, and new inquiries are matched to a teacher on your pipeline.
Close the month
Open the month, check each teacher’s itemized lessons, record how you paid them and export it for your bookkeeper.
Plan the seasons
Put a teacher on break for a short pause, or deactivate them for the summer so they stop counting toward your bill until they are back.

Ensemble is $10 a month for the first teacher and $6 for each additional teacher: 2 teachers for $16, 3 teachers for $22, 4 teachers for $28, 5 teachers for $34, 6 teachers for $39. From 6 teachers on, every extra teacher is free.
Staff who don't teach are free, you never pay per student, and we take no cut of lesson payments. Every new studio gets 30 days of everything, every teacher included, with no credit card.

How much does it cost to add teachers to my studio?

Do I pay for teachers who take the summer off?
Not once they are deactivated. Deactivate a teacher for the season and they stop counting toward your bill from the next billing period, while their students, lessons and pay history stay put for the day they come back.
Can each teacher have their own booking link?
Yes. Every teacher can have a public page with their bio, specialties, reviews, prices and a live booking calendar, and a link that books only them. Studio website and online booking →
Can teachers see each other's students or pay?
Only if you allow it. Access is set by role (Admin, Front desk, Teacher, Lead teacher, or one you create), so a teacher can run their own week without seeing studio-wide revenue or anyone else’s pay. Teachers and staff →
Can my teachers manage their own schedule from their phone?
Yes, on Ensemble. Each teacher has their own login for their lessons, students, availability, messages and earnings in the iPhone and Android app or any browser, and they approve or decline changes to their own lessons from their phone.
Can I charge more for lessons with a senior teacher?
Yes. Give teachers levels (junior, senior or your own names), each with its own prices for lessons and packages. A teacher can hold a different level for each instrument.
How are teachers paid?
