Most studio-management platforms were designed for large music schools with front-desk staff and IT budgets, then trimmed down and sold to solo teachers as an afterthought. The result is software that's expensive, cluttered, and carries years of baggage — for a job that should feel simple.
We took the opposite approach. My Vocal Studio was built first for one real studio — ours — by an owner tired of juggling packages, cancellations, and payment chasing between lessons. Once it worked for us, we decided to share it with other teachers running the same business we do.
