Most studio management platforms were designed around a front desk: a receptionist to answer the phone, an office to chase payments, an IT budget to keep it running. Teaching studios don't work that way, whether there's one teacher or twelve. The result is software that's expensive, cluttered, and carries years of baggage, for a job that should feel simple.
We took the opposite approach. MyVocalStudio was built for one real studio, hers, and for the parts of the week that were costing her the most: packages, cancellations, and chasing payments between lessons. Once it worked for her, other teachers looked at it, said what was missing, and it grew from there.
