It started with one music teacher in Portland on a quest to find software that actually fit her business. She couldn’t. So she built it.

My Vocal Studio started as a tool for ourselves — one system to handle scheduling, students, packages, and payments without the complexity or the cost. When it started working really well, we decided to open it up to everyone in the same situation.
We charge enough to cover our costs, not to build a business on the backs of independent teachers. Whether you’re a solo instructor or running a studio with a team, we want this to be something you can actually afford. Every studio is different — we welcome your ideas and build from feedback.
