Run your voice studio from one place.
Private voice lessons of any length, parents billed on one invoice, recitals with tickets, and lesson notes and recordings shared with every singer. On the web, iPhone and Android.
Solo studios are always free. Unlimited students, with payments included.Built for the way a voice studio runs.
Kids after school, adults in the evening, a recital to plan and audition season to get through. One account holds all of it.
From the first inquiry to the recital bow.
A new singer finds you
Your website carries a first-lesson offer and an inquiry form. Each inquiry lands on your pipeline, a follow-up email goes out on its own, and booking a first lesson moves the lead forward by itself.
Every week, in the lesson
Mark the lesson taught and paid on one card, write the note and attach the recording. Between lessons, your singer taps "Yes, I practiced" each day and builds a streak.
Audition season
Sell an audition-prep package of extra lessons, offered only to the students you choose. Add an extra Saturday without touching your weekly hours, and tag everyone auditioning so you can message just them.
When a lesson opens up
A student cancels with notice and your policy does the rest. Offer the freed time to your other students, and the first to claim it gets it.
Recital season
Set up the recital with ticket types and a capacity, ask each family a registration question, and message everyone who is coming at once. The recital fee and the accompanist go on the next invoice.
Tax time
Log sheet music, the accompanist and the hall as expenses with a tax-deductible flag. The yearly income report is one download for your accountant.
Free for a solo voice studio. No cut of your lessons.
Solo studios are always free. The Solo plan gives one teacher unlimited students, scheduling, invoicing, payments, a studio website and the app. Card payments go to your own Stripe account, and we never take a percentage of what your students pay you.
Every new studio gets 30 days of everything, with no credit card. If you don't pick a plan, you keep the Solo plan and everything you set up.
Questions voice teachers ask
Is MyVocalStudio built for voice teachers?
Yes. It books private voice lessons of any length, bills parents on one invoice, runs recitals with tickets and RSVPs, shares lesson notes and recordings with your singers, and keeps a record of photo and recording consent from a parent or guardian for every singer under 18.
How much does it cost for a voice teacher?
Solo studios are always free. The Solo plan covers one teacher with unlimited students, scheduling, invoicing, payments, a studio website and the app. Encore is $10 a month and adds the AI assistant, text reminders, outreach email and several events at once. We take no cut of lesson payments. Pricing →
Can I charge an accompanist fee?
Yes, if you bill by invoice. Add the accompanist fee as a one-time charge to the student's or family's account and it goes on their next invoice, or invoice it right away. Recital fees and books work the same way. Payments and invoices →
How do I get photo and recording consent for singers under 18?
From a parent or guardian, online. For anyone under 18, your waiver, your studio policies and the optional photo and recording release are signed by a parent or guardian, never by the student. Each signature is kept with the exact wording it was signed against, and when you change the wording you can ask everyone to sign again. Students and parents →
Can I run a children's choir or a musical theatre class?
Yes. Set it up as a group class with a price per seat and a capacity. It sits on the same calendar as your private voice lessons, families book a seat from your website, and a full class takes a waitlist. Scheduling →
What happens when a student cancels a voice lesson?
Your cancellation policy decides, automatically. You set how many hours' notice counts as late and what a late cancellation costs: nothing, the full price, a flat fee, a percentage or one package lesson. A lesson canceled with notice goes back on the student's package, or becomes make-up credit that comes off their next invoice.
Can I bring my voice studio over from the software I use now?
Yes. Upload the files your current software exports, or any CSV, Excel or Google Sheets file. Students, parents, lesson types, prices and lessons come across, and nothing is saved until you've checked it.
Do my singers and their parents need to download an app?
No. They can use the iPhone or Android app or any browser to book, pay and read lesson notes, and they sign in with a one-time code, Google or Apple. The app →
