Pick for the week you actually teach
Start with how your studio runs. If you teach alone, look at what is free and what it costs to add texting or a second teacher. If you run a school, price the whole faculty, including any staff who need a login. Then check the jobs you do every week (booking, reminders, invoices, getting paid, lesson notes, practice and payroll) and pick the tool that does them without a workaround, on the phone you carry. Last, check how your data gets in and out: every page here says what comes across directly and what goes through a spreadsheet.
