One price for the whole faculty. Never more than $49.

Ensemble is $10 a month for the first teacher and $5 for each additional teacher, and the bill stops at $49 a month however many teachers you add. A school with 20 teachers pays $49 a month.

You never pay per student, staff who don't teach are free, and we take no cut of lesson payments. Every new studio gets 30 days of everything, with no credit card.

Can a music school or academy use MyVocalStudio?

Yes. Ensemble is built for a school with a team: a login for every teacher with roles and permissions, teacher payroll, group classes, semi-private lessons and recitals, family billing with autopay, overdue reminders and late-cancellation fees, and a CRM that turns inquiries into enrolled students. Teach at more than one location, with rooms that are never double-booked, and see the whole school from one account.

How much does it cost for a school with many teachers?

Ensemble is $10 a month for the first teacher plus $5 for each additional teacher, and it never goes above $49 a month. A school with 20 teachers pays $49 a month. You never pay per student, and we take no cut of lesson payments.

Can teachers see each other's pay or the school's revenue?

Only if you allow it. Access is set by role (Admin, Front desk, Teacher, Lead teacher, or one you create), so a teacher can run their own week without seeing studio-wide revenue or anyone else's pay.

Can each teacher be paid differently?

Yes. Each teacher has their own pay type and rate: a percentage split, a flat rate per lesson, or hourly. Each month is worked out from the lessons they taught, and you mark it paid and export it for your bookkeeper. Teacher payroll →

Can we bring our school over from the software we use now?

Yes. Upload the files your current software exports, or any CSV, Excel or Google Sheets file. Teachers, students, lesson types, prices and lesson history come across, and nothing is saved until you've checked it.
