The short version

How they differ

Teachworks charges a monthly fee plus a fee for every student lesson you teach, with unlimited teachers on every plan. MyVocalStudio charges by teacher, not by lesson: free for one teacher on the Solo plan, $10 a month on Encore, and $6 for each additional teacher on Ensemble, never more than $39 a month however busy you get.

Teachworks has branch accounts under one master login, API access on its larger plans, and invoicing in your clients’ local currency. On the MyVocalStudio side: booking by instrument, lesson notes with sheet music and recordings, practice logs, recitals with tickets, a CRM for new inquiries, an AI assistant that makes changes when you ask, and an iPhone and Android app.
